Your family profile stores each person's measurements and fit preferences, and you can update them in seconds — we'll even nudge you before big occasions to double-check the children. Our sizing maps those measurements to each garment's actual cut, so a "5T" from us fits like a 5T should. And if anyone outgrows something between ordering and wearing, size exchanges are free for thirty days.
Unworn pieces may be returned within thirty days for a full refund, and size exchanges ship free both ways. Because every set is printed to order, personalised pieces — names, custom dates — are exchange-only. If anything arrives flawed, we replace it at no cost, no questions asked.
Really. Every collection includes coordinated bandanas, and most include pet tees and accessories sized from XS (chihuahuas, most cats) to XL (your gentle giant). Add your pet to the family profile with a neck and chest measurement, and they're styled along with everyone else.
Sets are printed and made to order, which takes three to five business days, then ship via tracked carrier in another three to five (US). Plan on about two weeks before a big occasion to be safe. Shipping is free on orders over $75, and always free for FamStyle Plus members. Photoshoot in a pinch? Rush production is available at checkout.
One coordinated piece per family member — tops, dresses, onesies or sleep sets, depending on the collection — each labelled with the wearer's name, so getting dressed isn't a scavenger hunt. You'll see the full look before you buy, and you can swap any piece (a dress instead of a top, a different colourway for a strong-willed six-year-old) before checkout.
