Welcome to FamStyle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website famstyle.app (the "Site"), operated by FamStyle, Inc. ("FamStyle," "we," "us," or "our"), including our pre-launch waitlist. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site and the waitlist

The Site currently provides information about FamStyle's upcoming family outfit coordination service and lets you join a waitlist for early access. Joining the waitlist is free, does not obligate you to purchase anything, and does not guarantee access to any product, price, discount, or launch date. Waitlist perks described on the Site (such as introductory discounts or complimentary membership periods) are promotional, may change, and will be confirmed in writing when redeemable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to join the waitlist or otherwise submit information through the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Pre-launch information; no offer

Product descriptions, collections, prices (including set prices and FamStyle Plus membership pricing), timelines, and features shown on the Site are pre-launch information provided for planning purposes only. They are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer. Any actual purchases will be governed by the purchase terms presented at checkout when our store launches.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, interfere with its operation, or circumvent any security measures;
• Use automated means to submit waitlist entries or scrape the Site at unreasonable volumes;
• Impersonate FamStyle or any other person or entity.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, designs, and software — are owned by FamStyle or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "FamStyle" and the FamStyle logo are trademarks of FamStyle, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about FamStyle, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and linking does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PRE-LAUNCH INFORMATION WILL REMAIN ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAMSTYLE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FamStyle from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
