FamStyle, Inc. ("FamStyle," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website famstyle.app (the "Site"), including our pre-launch waitlist. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Waitlist information. When you join our waitlist we collect your first name, email address, and approximate family size.
• Communications. If you email us (for example at hello@famstyle.app), we keep the correspondence and your contact details so we can respond.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. We use this information to keep the Site secure and understand how it is used.

2. How we use your information

• To manage the waitlist and notify you about early access, launch timing, and waitlist perks.
• To send occasional updates about FamStyle products and collections. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our waitlist — for example, website hosting (Vercel), email delivery, and workflow automation tools that process waitlist signups on our behalf. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information).

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site currently uses only the technical storage necessary for it to function. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

5. Data retention

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, you unsubscribe and we no longer need it, or our pre-launch program ends — whichever comes first. We retain other information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.

6. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• Access, correction, deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@famstyle.app.
• US state privacy rights. Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Virginia), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor such requests regardless of your state of residence.

We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We design outfits for kids — but the grown-ups do the signing up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International visitors

FamStyle is based in the United States and the Site is operated from the US. If you visit from outside the US, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
